CoCap is an English speaking-practice platform: an AI coach (Priya), peer practice calls, a community, career tools, and a rewards system. By using CoCap you agree to these terms.
You sign in with your phone number via OTP. Keep your phone secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; you must be 13 or older.
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, sexual content, or sharing others' personal information. We filter profanity, and reported content is hidden pending review. Repeated violations can mean suspension without refund.
Pro plans: ₹299/month, ₹999/6-month or ₹1,499/year, plus one-time add-on passes (₹99–₹149, 30 days), processed by Cashfree. Plans unlock unlimited Priya sessions and unlimited call time until the expiry date; they do not auto-renew in the current version.
7-day guarantee: if you're unhappy within 7 days of a purchase, email us for a full refund. After expiry, your account simply returns to the free plan — you never lose your data.
Priya is an AI. Her feedback and your Verified Speaking Level are algorithmic assessments meant to help you improve — they are not professional certification, and job outcomes are not guaranteed. Job listings link to third-party employers we don't control.
You own what you post. You give CoCap a licence to display it within the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
CoCap is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY — to be set on incorporation].
