Account: your phone number (used for OTP login), and the profile you choose to share — name, city, email (optional), self-rated English level, learning goal.
Practice data: transcripts of your sessions with Priya, fluency/clarity scores, call metadata (who you called, duration — never the audio), community posts, and CapCoins activity.
Payments: handled by Cashfree. We store your order and plan status only — never your card, UPI, or bank details.
To run CoCap: coach you, match you with practice partners, show your progress, verify your speaking level, process subscriptions, and keep the community safe (moderation of reported content).
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

You can view and edit your profile anytime. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data by emailing hello@cocap.in — we'll act within 30 days.
Data is stored with row-level security and accessed only through our servers. OTPs expire in 5 minutes and are stored hashed. We keep practice history while your account is active so your progress chart works.
CoCap is intended for users 13 and older. If you believe a younger child is using CoCap, contact us and we'll remove the account.
